As things slowly begin to warm up from a relatively short but cold winter, we make the most of what’s left from our winter crop before we have to remove and make way for the next season’s run of vegetables. Zoé turned two and we headed back to Switzerland for 6 weeks during this time so the patch was left in the hands of my parents who did a great job in keeping things watered and healthy for our summer return!
